The request comes to me first. Nothing is booked yet and nothing is charged. You&#8217;ll get an email saying the request was received, not a confirmation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Within a few hours on a business day, I email you export instructions for your commerce platform, your email platform, and a month-by-month view of your DTC number for the last 12 to 24 months. About 15 minutes. Reply with the files or a share link.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I review your data, usually within one business day. If there isn&#8217;t a Defensible Number worth more than $487 in it, I say so and cancel the request. You&#8217;ve paid nothing, and you&#8217;ll still know something about your data you didn&#8217;t before.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If there is, I send a payment link. $487, credited in full toward your first invoice if you go on to work with me, not refundable. Paying confirms the slot, and the calendar confirmation arrives then.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The call. 30 minutes, screen share. I walk you through your five lines live. You leave with the artifact in writing.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What &#8220;reviewed before you pay&#8221; means, concretely<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>I open your exports and run the bracket before any money moves.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If your monthly series is shorter than 12 months, I tell you the controllable number will be an upper bound, and you decide whether to proceed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If it&#8217;s not worth the fee, I tell you, and we stop.
